Honda Odyssey
The "Premium Adventure Vehicle"--that's what the marketing group of Honda would
call the
Honda Odyssey. Its exceptional style, performance, utility and appeal make it one of the best
minivan in the car industry. And since it is manufactured by no other than Honda,
you can expect it to be filled with high-tech gadgets and innovative features
that would totally change the way you look at minivans.
Before it was introduced as a minivan, the Honda Odyssey was known as an ATV.
From 1977, Honda has been manufacturing the Honda Odyssey FL250, an all-terrain
vehicle (ATV) designed for recreational and utility purposes. The FL250 was replaced
by the FL350 in 1985 until Honda ceases its production and replace it with the
Honda Pilot FL400 in 1989.

The Honda Odyssey minivan was introduced in 1995 with a 140 hp, 2.2 liter 4-cylinder
engine. It was the first minivan manufactured by Honda. It received a major redesign
in 1999, making the van larger than the previous models. It has improved year-by-year
until it was considered one of the best minivans by 2002.
For the 2005 model year, Honda gave the Odyssey a major revision, making it more
appealing to the buyers of this generation. It combines the utility of a van and
the comfort, ride quality and handling of a sedan. And with brand new and innovative
features, you'll surely love the new Honda Odyssey.
