2005 Honda Odyssey Preview
The Honda Odyssey has been consistent in being the best minivan for years, but
for this year, it gets tough competition from rival brands like Toyota, Nissan,
General Motors and Ford. For this reason, a new and redesigned Honda Odyssey is
being introduced for its 2005 model year. Honda is expected to have found ways
to remedy the minivan's problems like refinement, noise, cruising range and the
hard to manipulate seats in its interior. All of these have to be improved for
it to continue to be the best minivan in the market.

As expected, Honda was able to find ways to remedy these problems and even more
as it introduces new and innovative features. It starts with an improvement in
its engine, now producing more horsepower and torque from the previous year's
model. New engine innovation also allows its V6 engine to provide better fuel
economy while producing a power bigger than its leading competitors. And with
a lot of engine and drivetrain features, the Honda Odyssey will really rise above
its opponents.
A safer and more secure ride is also expected with the 2005 Honda Odyssey. It
offers a lot of new standard safety features like seat belts and airbags, plus
side-curtain air bags with rollover protection for all three rows of seating and
side-impact bags for front-seat occupants. It also has anti-skid control and anti-lock
brakes with brakes assist and brake force distribution for optimum safety.
Aside from these standard features, there are still other features designed to
provide you with the supreme comforts usually not found on minivans. Some of these
features include climate control, AM/FM/CD stereo, power steering, power brakes,
power windows, power mirrors, power locks, cruise control, remote-control locks,
adjustable steering column and rear window defroster. Other features are model
specific. A lot of new features are also included in its ultra-premium touring
model.
